In this tutorial we will be looking at various components
of terms. Then we will move on to adding like terms together. Some of
these concepts are based on ideas that were covered in earlier
tutorials. A lot of times in math you are using previous knowledge to
learn new concepts. The trick is to not reinvent the wheel each time,
but recognize what you have done before and draw on that knowledge to
help you work through the problems.

Online Class: Algebra 101
This online course takes the student's knowledge
of arithmetic and extends it by introducing the concepts of
variables and functions. These new concepts allow students to
solve a range of problems involving unknown quantities in areas
such as geometry, probability and statistics, and various
real-world scenarios.
Algebra 1A: An Introduction (1 high school semester)
Algebra 1A is designed for those
students, young or old, who need a thorough course
in Algebra 1 or introductory algebra. You may ask
questions by email on all lessons or problems in the
class. I personally answer all email daily. Few
online classes offer this service.
Algebra 2 (first semester) or Intermediate College Algebra 1
This online course is equivalent to 1 semester of high school
Algebra 2 or 1/2 of Intermediate College Algebra. There is a
sequel to this class, Algebra 2B. These two courses will prepare
